NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
Notice is given that on the 18th day
of November, 1987. at 10:00 o’clock
a.m. at the east door of the County-
Courthouse in Pawhuska,
Oklahoma, the undersigned Sheriff
of said County will offer for sale and
sell, with appraisement, for cash, at
public auction, to the highest and
best bidder, all of that certain real
estate in Warren G. Morris County,
Oklahoma, to-wit:
Lot Eight (8) in TRAILS END
ESTATES, a Subdivision in
Osage County, Oklahoma, as
shown by the recorded plat
thereof,
subject to unpaid taxes, ad-
vancements by Plaintiff for taxes,
insurance, and expenses necessary
for the preservation of the subject
property, said property having been
duly appraised at $50,000.00. Sale
will be made pursuant to Order of
Sale issued in accordance with a
judgment entered in the United
States District Court for the Nor-
thern District of Oklahoma, in Case
No 87-C-413-B, entitled McLean
Financial Corporation, Plaintiff, vs.
John R. Junger, Jr and Rita J
Junger, husband and wife; and The
United States of America. ex rel The
Internal Revenue Service, Defen-
dants, to satisfy said judgment and
lien in the sum of $67,079 38, with
interest accrued thereon from the
1st day of August, 1986 to the date of
judgment at the rate of interest as
provided in the Note; post-judgment
interest from the date of judgment
at 14 00 percent per annum, until
paid; a reasonable attorney's fee in
the sum of $6,760 00; abstract ex-
penses in the sum of $260.00; ad-
vances for mortgage insurance in
the sum of $219 21; property in-
spection in the sum of $140 00;
property insurance in the amount of
$399.00, and costs in the sum of
$130.00.
The balance, if any, to be paid to
the Clerk of this Court to await the
further Order of the Court.
