In an outdoor setting at Kiddy
Lake Park in Okmulgee, nuptials
vows were read uniting Diana
Kay Russell and Bruce William
Force.
Rev. Victor Force. Manhattan.
KS, brother of the groom, offici-
ated at the 8:30 a.m. double-
ring nuptial rites on July 24,
1999.
Parents of the couple are Dennis
and Lola Weaver, Durant, and B
W. and Mary Force, Perry.
Vows were read under large
shade trees with a small lake in
the background.
Linda McGuire provided music
on a hammer dulcimer. Selections
included "Jesu, Joy of Man's
Desiring, Elisa" and "Amazing
Grace."
For her wedding, the bride
chose a blush maize ankle length
dress by Donna Morgan featuring
front darts at the waistline,
highlighted w ith clear sequins.
The dress, fashioned with a scoop
neckline and short sleeves,
featured covered buttons down
the back w ith a center slit
To complete her ensemble, she
carried a nosegay of Asiatic pale
peach lilies, Ariana roses and
pink tipped Alstroemeria lilies
w ith assorted greenery and wax
flowers.

The groom was attired in a gray
double-breasted pin striped suit
with a blush maize tie.

Following the ceremony, a
reception was held at the
Okmulgee Country Club. The
setting featured large arrange-
ments of fresh flowers, carrying
out the bride's theme of creme,
pale yellow and blush. Balloon
bouquets were placed at focal
points and ivy jars with floating
pink rose candles centered the
guest tables.
Following a wedding trip to
Monarch, CO, the couple have
established their home in
Okmulgee.
The bride is president of the
Okmulgee Area Development
Corporation The groom is an
instructor at OSU-Okmulgee over
the Charles Machine Works, Inc.,
program.
