“Ralph is improving slowly
each day. He is still listed in
critical but stable condition."
said his wife Rhonda Stowers.
She also said that he should be
moved out of intensive care at
St. Mary 's Mercy Hospital in
Enid, soon.
Ralph Stowers was shot twice
once in the lower chest area and
once in the stomach area in an
incident 9% miles east of Gar-
ber. on Garber road last Friday .
April 2nd at approximately 9:45
a.m.
In his statement to the Noble
County Sheriff, Ralph described
three males and one female all
of Indian decent. The vehicle
was described as an old rusty
blue Ford Galaxy.
Ralph was on the phone at the
time of the shooting with his
employer Bill Sims and he and
Randall Petr were at Ralph's
side within seven minutes.
There have been no arrests
made. The investigation is being
directed by the Noble County
Sheriff's office in Perry and
calls to his office have gone un-
answered.
“Everyone has been really
nice. We really appreciate all of
the concerns shown," added
Rhonda.
