Loses Two To
Hennessey
Lady Eagles
Due to the Cimarron Tourna-
ment being postponed last week
we only played two games,
which was a doubleheader at
Hennessey on Tuesday.
In the first game the Lady
Eagles made quick work of our
team as they defeated us by a
score of 13-0. Hennessey has a
fine hitting team and we were
unable to get our hitting attack
untracked in the game.
In the second game Hennessey
again defeated us, this time by a
score of 6-0. We again had
trouble getting our hitting going.
Our girls did play fairly well on
defense.
Our record at this point in the
season is II wins and 6 losses.
This next week we are sched-
uled to play in the Timberlake
Tournament on Tuesday. The
format for the tournament is
pool play with the top two teams
from each of five pools advanc-
ing to the final round on Friday.
