gressman Tom Steed today urged
all Fourth district youths wishing
to compete for a (place in the
class- entering the Air Force Acad-
emy in 1959 to contact him by

"The deadline must be met to
permit time for a preliminary
exam by the civil service commis-
sion to belp me evaluate candi-'
dstes" Steed declared
This year the size of the Air
Fick Academy class has been
enlarged For the first time each
congressional district will be allow-
ed one csidelship
'Since many boys will be com-
peting for a single place the exam
