Goods company of Madill She has a
been teaching in the Duncan schools
for the past two years and before go-
ing to Duncan taught in the Madill

Notice is hereby given that the following described real estate in Marshall
County Oklahoma which was sold to Marshall County Oklahoma on the 5th
day of November 1928 for non-payment of taxes levied thereon for the year
1927 and other years was at the re-sale of real estate for taxes held in Mar-
shall County Oklahoma on the 20th day of April 1931 and thereafter until
such sale was completed re-sold to Marshall County Oklahoma and that a
deed therefor has been duly executed by the undersigned County Treasurer of
Marshall County Oklahoma in favor of the Chairman of the Board of County
Commissioners of Marshall County Oklahoma as grantee notice la further
given under the provisions of Section 9745 of the Compiled Oklahoma Statutes
of 1921 as amended by Chapter 158 of the Session Laws of Oklahoma for
1923 and as amended by Chapter 282 of the Session Laws of 1929 that bids for
the purchase of certain of said real estate have been received by the under-
