highways public utilities railroads
and pipe lines The public uses for
which said land is taken are as fol-
lows: The land is necessary to pro-
vide adequately for the construction
and operation of a flood-control pro-
ject and related purposes The land
has been selected for acquisition by
the United States In connection with
the establishment of the Keystone
Dam and Reservoir Arkansa Riv-
er Oklahoma and for such other
