PROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 728

In compliance with the resolution of
the Board of Commissioners adopted on
the 6th day of August 1926 notice is here-
by given that the Board of Commis
stoners of the City of Tulsa Oklahoma
has examined the estimate and statement
of the City Engineer as to the amount
of the cost of the asphaltic concrete pave
ment which should be assessed against the
abutting property the property benefit-
ted and other property liable to as-
sessment and the owners thereof in
Street Improvement District No 728
which Includes the following described
portions of streets towit:
HASKELL STREET the unpaved
portions from the East line of Wheel-
ing Avenue to the West line of 'Can
thus Avenue
And said Board of Commissioners has
by resolution duly approved the afure
said statement and estimate of the City
Engineer and has determined to assess
the cost of the improvements against
