NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE OF
LAND 'UNDER FORECLOSURE
Notice is hereby given that pursuant
to an order of sale issued out of the Dis-
trict Ceurt of Tulsa County State of Ok-
lahoma on the 29th day of March 1926
in an action therein pending wherein F
P McCormick was plaintiff and Lpuis
Jacobs A D Walker and The City of
Tulsa Oklahoma a municipal corpora-
tion were defen0ants directed to me the
undersIgned Sheriff of Tulea County
Oklahoma commanding roe to levy upon
and sell without appraisement the fol-
lowing described real estate to-wit:
Lot 13 in Block 10 West Tulsa
Addition to tho City of Tulsa Okla-
homa according to the recorded plat
of said Additicn to said City
and separately Pell without appraise-
Lot 14 in Block 10 West Tulsa Ad-
dition to the Pity of Tulsa Okla-
homa according to the recorded plat
of said Addition to said City
to satisfy certain judgments and decrees
of foreelosure in favor of the plaintiff
end the defendant "A D Walker against
the defendant Louis Jacobs and against
the above described land obtained and
entered of record in said Court on the
12th day of July 1922 in the above
named action: wherein judgment was
rendered in favor of the plaintiff on his
first and thitd cansen of action in the
sum of 645618 with Interest thereon it
the rate of seven per cent per annum
from the date of judgment and the fur-
ther sum of $3750 atzorney's fees with
interest thereon at the rate of six per
cent per annum from the date of said
judgment and a further judgment was
rendered in favor of the plaintiff on the
second and fourth cause of action in
the sum of $39266 with interest thereon
at the rate of seven per cent per annum
from the date of said judgment and or
the further sum of 63750 attorney's lesa
with Interest thereon at the rate of six
per cent per annum from the date of
said judgment: and wherein a further
