NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that In pursu-
ance to the commands of a second writ
of alias execution issued out of the clerk's
office of the District Court in and for
Pawnee County State of Oklahoma on
the 10th day of July 1924 in an action
wherein the Oil Well Sapply Company a
corporation is plaintiff and Harry Ste-
koll et al are defendants commanding
me to levy upon the property belonging
of said defendant Harry Stekoll suffi-
cient to satisfy a judgment rendered in
said action in favor of said Oil Well Sup-
ply Company a corporation and against
said Harry Stekoll defendant in the sum
of Three Thousand Five Hundred Sixty
and 18-100 (8358018) Dollars with inter-
est thereon at the rate of six (6) per cent
per annum from the 21st day of March
1922 the accrued costs of said action in
the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-five
($23500) Dollars and accruing costs: I
have levied upon the property of the
said Harry Stekoll not exempt from sale
under execution from want of goods and
chattels of the said Harry Stekoll to-wit:
Lots 3 4 and 8 in Block 64 in the
Original Town of Tulsa in Tulsa
County Oklahoma
and have duly appraised said Property
according to law in the sum of Thirty-
eight Thousand Five Hundred ($38500-
00) Dollars subject to mortgages of rec-
ord in the sum of approximately Thirty-
eight Thousand ($3800000) Dollars leav-
ing said Harry Stekoll an appraised
euity in said property in the sum of Five
Hundred ($50000) Dollars
Now therefore notice is hereby given
that in pursuance to the commands of
Raid writ I will offer for sale and sell to
the highest bidder for cash the equity of
said defendant HarryStekoll' in and to
said lands and tenements hereinbefore
described or so much thereof as will be
necessary to satisfy said judgment inter-
est accrued costs and accruing costs as
aforesaid on the 6th 'day of September
1924 at the hour of 2 o'clock p m of said
day in the West front door of the Court
House in the City of Tulsa Tulsa County
State of Oklahoma

Notice is hereby given that by virtue
of an order of sale issued out of the
above entitled court and in said cause
to me directed and delivered bearing
date of July 20 1924 wherein R S Hart
was plaintiff and Hogue Oil & Refining
Corporation was defendant directing and
commanding me to levy upon and sell
