of you to quiet the title to Lot Twenty-
three (23) in Block Eleven (11) in For-
rest Park Addition to the City of Tulsa
Tulsa County Oklahoma in said plain-
tiff Garnett Mason and to enjoin you
and each of you from asserting any
claim or interest therein

answer said petition filed as aforesaid
in said Court and cause on or before the
3rd day of September A D 1923 that a
judgment and decree will be rendered in

ance of an order of sale issued out of the
District Court of Tulsa County Okla-
homa on the 10th day of Joy 1923 In an
action wherein Lida F Bezs and Floyd
Bays were plaintiffs and R V Ober-
holtzer and Jessie B Oberholtzer and
the Tulsa Union Loan & Savings Asso-
ciation were defendants directed to me
the undersigned Sheriff of Tulsa County
commanding me to levy upon and sell
the following described property:
Lot 18 Block 8 of the Second High-
land Addition to the City of Tulsa
Tulsa County Oklahoma
to satisfy a judgment and decree of fore-
closure in favor of said plaintiffs and
against said defendant obtained and
made in said Court on the 2nd day of
January 1923 for the sum of 9120000
and costs with interest thereon at Selo
from the 23rd day of August 1920 and
costs accruing I will on the 14th day
of August 1923 at the hour of 2 p m
of said day at the West front door of
the Court House in the City of Tulsa in
said County and State offer for sale
and sell to the highest bidder for cash
subject to a prior mortgage of the Tulsa
Union Lean & Savings Association the
said property above described or so much
thereof as will satisfy said judgment with
interests and costal

Washington Aug 13—Refinery
production of gold for the calendar
year 1922 aggregated $48849100 -
in value according to figures made
public by Director Scobey of the
mint Silver production in the same
period aggregated $56240048 the
value being computed at $1 an ounce
Gold production was $1128200
below that of 1921 while the output
of silver was $3167607 greater
In 1915 gold production was
$101035700 and that of -silver to-
taled 74961075 ounces records -
that still stand
