is the one she would love to
hear say "This is good"
I used to love to cook but I'm

DEMI MRS MAYFIELD:
What do you do with a hus-
band who wears his feelings on
his sleeve?
lie gets his feelings hurt lit
the slightest provocation and
then like a child refuses to
it dinner Then he blames me
tor being hungry
'Abet of the tittle I can ignire
his sulking and be gets over
it but this dinner deal just
burns me up Ytiu see I mork
during the day and vhen I
come in at night and go to a lot
of trouble to fix dinner and
then he refuses to eat --
gvt boiling mad
Do you have any suggest-
ions?
STUMPED
DEAR STUMPED:
My ail ice is to let a sulky

male strictly alone while he
sulks It infuriates him of
course as what he really
wants is a &dile dose of at
and an extra he of
pampering
NVIwn he finds he is getting
neither he becomes downright
I retful But at least the next
time he feels a fit of sulks
coming on he is not so likely
to give in to them What's the
use if they yield no results
Naturally it is infuriating
after a hard days work to have
your mealtime upset like that
But next time this happens
just grin to yourself sit (town
and have a hearty meal with
a I-don't care whether or notyou-cat
attitude A time or two
of this and he'll change his attitude

Skin Problems
Need Attention
Flaky skin Is a problem corn
mon to many women The basic
cause is of course very dry
skin And it's no joke Because
of it make-up goes on uneven-
Cons
ly and often creates a clown-
like look And it can make any and
woman however pretty self- Mop
conscious
What's indicated Is gentle
treatment for the skin For the
bath water lots of oil to turn
skin satiny smooth If you're
accustomed to taking very hot
baths tone down the tempera-
ture a little Very hot water
dries the skin Wash your face
in tepid water only and with
a lanolin soap (Really fine soap
costs a bit more but is a neces-
sity not a luxury)
Switch from your present
face cream til'a cream meant
for very dry skin I CZY:
