The Canvassing board met
last Tuesday to canvass the re-
turns of the recent election and
when the returns of forty-five
of the seventy-five counties had
been canvassed the board took a
recess until Wednesday to inves-
tigate the cause of the three
missirg precincts in Creek coun-
ty two in Adir two in Harper
one in Ilaskell Kiowa Latimer
and TWore No reason was given
for the eleven missing districts

til they will succeed in making

liams (commonly called “Black

who established and conducted
said firm for the past five years
until Mr Latham sold out last
year
The firm is a wide-awake
strictly up-to-date business peo-
ple and have done much for the
upbuilding of Walters and sur-
rounding country having spent
hundreds of dollars advertising
the advantages of Walters and
beautiful Oklahoma

sale of farm and city property
as well as to loan money on both
farm and city securities They
also have the agency for a nice
