City Oklahoma covering the forego-

and legally closing the streets alleys

and for a judgment and decree award-
ing adjudging and decreeing the title

and that the said defendant Sunshine
Oil Company Ltd a corporation must
answer said petition herein on or be-

or said petition will be taken as true
and a Judgment rendered in said ac-
tion against said defendant Sunshine
Oil Company Ltd ' a corporation for
the sum of Two Thousand Nineteen
and 76-100 ($201976) Dollars upon a
certain promissory note executed by
Sunshine Oil Company Ltd to L F
Rooney on the 3rd day cf February

with a Judgment for interest thereon at

virtue of the laws of the State of

business at the city of Oklahoma City
Oklahoma Comity State of Oklahoma
did On the 23rd day of September
1937 present to the Dietrict Court of
Oklahoma County State of Oklahoma
the duly eritied written application
of the directors of the said Dawson
Fruit Conipaity prajiig the Distriet
Court of Oklahoma County Oklahoma
for an order and decree of diesolution
of said corporation That the court
after full consideration of the written
verified application of the Hoard of
Directors of said corporation made
and entered its order directing the
Court Clerk of Oklahoma County
State of Oklahoma to file said written
verified application and to (ause no-
tice of the MUIR of maid application
to be printed in the Daily Law Journal

this notice is given in pursuatiee of an
order of the Dintrict Court of Okla-
homa County State of Oklahoma duly
made and entered in this proceeding
on the 22rd day of September 1937
and of which all creditors stockholders
or other persotts who will he affected
by an order judgment or decree of the
court granting a dissolution of the
Dawson Fruit Company are requested
