son deceased that On the 22nd day of
April 1937 S latitoy Aekerly produced
and filed In the County Court of the
County of Oklahoma and State of Ok-
lahoma an instrument in writing pur-
porting to be a copy of the last will
anti testament of John Watson de-
eeased and the probate thereof in the
SurrogateTs Court of Suffolk County
New York duly authenticated and also
on said date tiled in said Court his
petition praying for the probate of said
will and for the isruanee thereon if
letters testamentary to LeRoy Aekerly
as the executor named in said will of
the estate of John INatson deceased
That pursuant to an order of said
Court made on the 22nd day of April
1937 notice is hereby given that Thurs-
day the 2tith day of May 1937 at the
hour of 9110 oeloek A M of said day
It being a day of the regular January
term 1927 of said Court: at the
county Court Room in the Court
House of the County of Oklahoma and
State of Oklahoma have been altitoillt-
ed as the time and plaee for hearing
said petition and proving said will
at which time and plat all persons
