Pearl Huributt executrix of the estate
of Fred V Huributt deceased having
filed in this Court her final account of
the administration of said estate and
her motion for distribution of said
estate and for final discharge of said
executrix the hearing of the same
has been fixed by the Judge of said
Court for Thursday the 17th day of
February 1938 at 9 O'clock A M at the
Court Room of said Court in the County
Court House at Oklahoma City in
the County and State aforesaid and
all persons interested in said estate
are notified then and there to appear
and show cause if any they have why
the said account should not be settled
and showed and said estate distri-
buted and the executrix discharged
