federal trade commission?"
"Frankly I didn't know
there was sucl: a thing" Loo-
ncy replied Wentz grinned
then told him: "I want you
to take charge"
Although Wentz won the fight
in the federal trade commission
he later disclosed to friends that
he had dropped about $475000
in the Blackwell newspaper
