to the city's general fund budget when
they meet at 7 p m Tuesday
if approved by the city council, the
supplemental appropriation request
will have to be taken to the county
Excise Board for final approval Be-
cause city revenue and expenses have
exceeded the amounts estimated at the
begining of the fiscal year when the
Excise Board approved the original
budget, the city must, according to
state statute, request permission from
the Excise Board to appropriate the
