from the weathered top of an old dining table. In the
lower photo, Brenda’s 15-year-old brother, John, does
his homework as he lounges on a black walnut bed
restored by his father. The bed once belonged to
John’s great-grandfather.

Foundation. The Cameron Sing-
ers will be featured.

electric clockworks to put in it.
I like to build things, but
didn’t look forward to having to

father clock When I was done
I plugged this clock in and it
has run without attention ever
