Special, technical and academic programs at Eastern offered to students
are designed to prepare those interested in the associate degree or the one
and two-year terminal or vocational training.
Eastern is accredited by the North Central Association and any doubt on
the validity of credits acquired here is uncalled for. To be accepted by NCA
is the highest goal attainable and guarantees that hours earned at Eastern are
transferable throughout the nation.
Academic programs are divided into the six divisions of Agriculture,
Business, Engineering and Science, Home Economics, Industrial Education
and Liberal Arts. Each student is assigned a faculty adviser who assists the
student in planning and selecting specific courses as well as a program of
study.
