said a high school diploma has
become the minimum standard
for entering the job market, while
he released the department's Oc-
cupational Outlook Handbook
The handbook comes out every
two years and describes various
jobs, what the qualifications are,
working conditions and earnings,
job prospects and openings.
According to the handbook
growth is indicated in clerical
work particularly for cashiers re
ceptionists and secretaries

On the enrollment committee

in the application process for
grants from BIA said Jerry Bread,
OISA director This will apply to
the Anadarko Area Office only
The Muskogee Area Office will
keep the present application
policy.
If a student has applied in the
past to Anadarko, according to
tribe the student will now apply
through five different agencies.
