Anne Misner, to John Dennis Clinton are Mr. and Mrs. Louis Mis-
ner of Mannford. The future bridegroom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. J. I. Clinton of Sand Springs. A June 25 wedding is planned.
Miss Misner is a student at Charles Page High School. Mr. Clin-
ton is a graduate of Charles Page High School and is employed at
Hissom Memorial Center.

The Rev. A. P. Shipley was a
guest for lunch at Keystone
School Tuesday. He will con-
duct a revival meeting at Gre-
gory Baptist Church five miles
west of Inola on SH 33.
Evangelist at the meeting is
Lee Mosby and song leader is
Orval Hubbard. Services will
be held May 10-16 and begin
85 month toward his support. The
' club wanted to help someone in
need and chose this youngster.
Papers for the project were
filed in February and were fi-
nalized this month.

Decorate Float
For Town Parade
Keystone Koyotes met in the
home of Dr. and Mrs. Jack
Wolfe Monday, May 3, and de-
corated the float for the parade
this weekend.
Present were the David
Sharps, Johnny Sloans, Orville
Bartons, Errol Houstons, Mrs.
Bill Phelps and Susan, the
Travis Hockersmiths, the Les-
ter Rhoades’ and Dr. Pollard.
Following a busy evening,
refreshments of coffee, straw-
berry cake and oatmeal cake
were served by the hostess,
Kay Wolfe, and co-hostesses,
Bessie Barton and Zonell Hous-
ton.
The Koyotes will be at the
Old Mannford Ramp during the
NCHA state camp-out this
weekend. Members will camp
as a chapter unit.

2% and a son, William Clifford,

daughter, born Thursday,
April 29 at 1:10 p.m., in the Ok-
lahoma Osteopathic Hospital,
Tulsa. She was named Heather
Celine and weighed 8 lbs. and
10 ozs.
Maternal grandparents are
Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Romig, Cof-
feyville, Kan. Maternal great-
grandmother is Mrs. Beuna
Redinbo. Paternal grandmoth-
er, Mrs. Bernice Casebeer,
lives in San Leandro, Calif.
Visiting the new arrival this
week were the maternal
grandparents and great-grand-
mother. Her paternal grand-
mother will visit her soon. Mrs.
Charlotte Houghton and son of
Aubrey, Texas, will visit

wook. Mrs. Houghton is the sis-

nual Mother-Daughter Ban-
quet at 7 p.m. Monday, May 3,
in the J. F. Kennedy School
cafetorium.
Guest speaker was Jerry
Ausbrook, Oilton senior and
FFA chapter president. Theme
of the banquet was “A Rose
Garden."
Receiving the Outstanding
Freshman Award was Mar-
guarett Boundy.
Mary Dailey received a tro-
phy by being named the out-
standing FHA member.
Recognition was given to
Mrs. Claude Bowlin, teacher,
with her assistant, Mrs. Nile
Crowder, Sr. had charge of the
dinner, last Friday night. The
men, especially the Rev. Thell
Robertson, did their part by
contributing the fish —
crappie, catfish and bass. The
winners, Mrs. Bowlin’s class,
brought salads and the Young
Adults’ Class, desserts.
Games, led by Mrs. Helen
Whaley, and hymn singing fol-
lowed the dinner. Mrs. Dick
Jones was pianist, with Mrs.
Ozelle Elledge as song leader.
Mrs. Nile Crowder, Sr., Mrs.
Jack Lynch, Faye Stout, and
Tim Armstrong presented a
special number.
Guests attending from Tulsa
were Bill Broadhurst, from
First United Methodist, and
Mr. and Mrs. George Wiggins,
from Christ’s Methodist
Church, with their guest from
Georgia, Mrs. Evans.
