banquet on Monday even-
ing, at 7:00. The blue and
gold balloons and table
cloths with the FFA
emblem on them carried
out the decorations of

departed this life at his

the age of 83 years.

18,1951 in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Bartley, a retired
superintendent of Texas
