sented to the said Hoard of County Commis-
sioners praying the laying out and establish-
ment or a public road in said county M

Beginning at a point In the section line
about "5 yards north of the south east corner
of section 27 township 17 N range 17 W I
M and running in a southeasterly direction
and intersecting the section line between
sections 87 and 8t at a polut about 73 yards
west of the southeast comer of section 27
aud there terminating said road to be 10 feet
wide and that Valter Riug William Barr and
tleorge Stewart disinterested freeholdersof
-said county viewers duly appointed will
meet at the place of beginning of said road on
Dee 16 10r and in eoniunetion with the
County Surveyor proceed to view survey

a hearing

at the November 1910 session of the Board of
County Commissioners o t Dewey County

the said Board jf County Commissioners
praying the luylxg out and establishment of
a public road I j paid county as follows:

northwest corner of Section 36 township 18
north range 19 West Indian Meridian and
running thence north on the 1-4 section line
through sections 25 and 84 to a point on sec-
tion line where it intersoota section line run-
ning east and west between said sections

and A H Ansdell disinterested freeholders
of said oounty viewers duly appointed will
meet at the place of beginning of said road

county Surveyor proceed to view survey
