The Anti-Ferguson Crowd
Want one in Blaine
County.
Watonga, Okla., July 28th—It
was authoritatively annonced to-
day that ex-Mayor Kruse, the
Dillon oandidate against Fergu-
son from this county, had with-
drawn. The anti-Ferguson fel-
lows held a meeting in this city
today, and it was deoided that a
Watonga man would be brought
out if such a candidate could be
found. The forces are to decide
in the next few days who the man
shall be. It is said that the can-
didate will be given a banquet at
Oklahoma City, and that a big
time will be reported.
While it is praotioalty oonoeded
that no oandidate could even as
muoh as make a showing in the
oounty convention here, yet it is
thought that the announcing of a
Watonga man as a candidate
againBt Ferguson will add some
strength to his opponents in other
counties.
44We don't expect to do any-
thing here," said a prominent
anti-Ferguson man today, 4,but
we will make the fellows outside
the oounty think that we are turn-
ing the world upside down."
The Bulletin says A. T. Kruse
has ignored the Journal lo, these
many years. Wonder why?
Tom Ferguson is the people's
candidate. That is why the trusts,
railroads and political machines
are against him.
Dillon A Nation have withdrawn
A. T. Kruse from the race for
congress. Wonder why? He
could surely have won out as
Cocaine Carrie had promised him
the Bulletin's support, which
would have assured Mr. Kruse
the nomination and election.
As a downright liar, Cocaine
Carrie, who runs the Geary Bulle-
ton for Dillon, Kelly, et. al., has
Ananias skinned a city block.
Those who are compelled to read
the dope dished up by this freak
of nature say he would not know
the truth if he should meet it in
the road.
The democrats concede that
should Tom Ferguson reoeive the
nomination for congress from this
district no power on earth could
keep him from being elected.
Henoe you will observe they have
their guns all pointing at him,
and they together with a few
corrupt republican politicians will
do all in their power to keep the
nomination a*ay from him.
From the appearance of the
Leader, a thing representing a
newspaper published at Okeene,
Dr. Kelly and Crazy Nation have
given birth to something they
dislike to claim parentage to. As
a freak in newspaperdom it cer-
tainly is the limit. The paper has
earmarks of being printed in a
junk shop and being edited by a
jackass.
The great common people are
all with T. B. Ferguson in his
race for congress from this dis-
trict, because they know he
stands against boodle and graft
in every form. He has clearly
defined his position and will win
out, notwithstanding the Ameri-
can book trust and the 8ante Fe
railroad are using money to de-
feat his candidacy.
Paul Nesbitt, who at one time
slung dope for the Watonga Her-
ald, and who, by his nefarious
political method helped defeat the
demooratio party in this county
two years ago, and who immedi-
ately after the campaign left for
Missouri, has returned to Okla-
homa, and has been hired as
democratic press agent. Nesbitt
is about as big a liar as Cocaine
Carrie.
Cocaine Carrie, who eats off of
Baby" Dillon's pie-card, says
running the Bulletin is the best
graft he ever struck, yet he be-
moans the fact that his graft is
not quite as strong as that of J.
Frank Morris, when that gentle-
man had the management of said
paper. Cocaine says he knows
who to stand in with to make a
graft pay in Geary, and it looks
like he knows whereof he speaks.
The MoGuire machine, the
Amerioan book trust and the
Santa Fe railroad, have issued an
ultimatum that T. B. Ferguson
must not be nominated for con-
gress and they have promised to
spend an unlimited amount of
money in securing his defeat. In
view of these facts it behooves
every voter who is in favor of
clean politics to attend the pri-
maries on August 21st and sup-
port men who are in favor of Fer-
guson, the man who is an enemy
of graft and grafters. When you
see the trusts and grafters fight
ing to defeat a man for office,
you can be sure that he stands
with the people.
Dopey Carrie, Dillon's man Fri-
day, in last week's Bulletin says
the editor of the Journal has nev-
er been able to control even his
own vote. Now, be that as it may
we do know postively, however,
that no democrat controls our
vote for us. And it is a well known
faot among the democrats in this
part of the county that Nation is
owned, body and soul by John
Dillon and the MoGuire machine.
We have had several prominent
democrats tell us that it was such
a plain case of Judas Iscarot, in
the Bulletin, that they could not
swallow the dose. Nation may
succeed in fooling some of the

democrats awhile but it wont last
long. They can't afford to have
their party disrupted by a wolf in
sheep's clothing.
The Bulletin, the democratic
paper at Geary, which is owned by
John Dillon and Dr. Kelly and
run by O. R. Nation, a dead beat
from nowhere and a "butter in"
from everywhere, last week pro-
ceeded to write up the meeting of
the Republican County Central
Committee, and as a genuine
prevarioator of the first order
takes the "bakery." The Bulle-
ton iB run for the purpose of
oreating discord in the republi-
can party, although it is backed
in part by "Republican" money.
Nation, of the Bulletin, imbibes
too freely at times and when un-
der the "influence" is very com-
municative. He says that Fer-
guson is the strongest man that
the republicans can nominate in
the second district, and that the
democrat* are going to join the
MoGuire machine to try to bring
about his defeat in the convention
for they say that if he ever gets
before the people that he will be
elected by ton thousand majority
in the second distriot. That is
the reason why the Bulletin,
backed financially by the ma-
chine influence and run as a
democratic paper, is fighting Fer-
guson. They are aware ihat the
people are for him. People of
this oounty may expect the Bul-
letin to keep up ita daily fight. It
is in the deal. The contemptible
filth will not win. Some of these
days there will be a very forlorn
.looking set of politicians in Blaine
county. The people are against
them and for Governor Ferguson.
—Okeene Kagle.
Dr. Kelly, the human spider
who deals out dope for the Wa-
tonga Herald, says the editor of
the Journal don't amount to
much. Well, of course if we had
ever went in for high finance, and
gotten our name in the Sunday
Sun, like the doctor did, we might
have amounted to more, in a way.
The citizens of Geary are out

al convention of the Seoond dis-

Prof. Tyler, of Amherst college
said reoently: "A man can live
comfortably without brains: no
man ever existed without a di-
gestive system. The dyspeptic
has neither faith, hope or chari-
ty." Day by day people realize
the importance of caring for their
digestion; realize the need of the
use of a little corrective after
overeating. A corrective like
