Be It Resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Cheiokee
Countv Oklahoma, in regular session April 8th, 1919. Whereas, the 7^
legislature passed a House bill number 62. which bill estahlishe« the of
fice of Countv Court Stenographer, and making it the du.y of the ^o^nt
Judges of this state to appoint one competent stenographer, who si all
known termed and designated as County Court Stenographer.
Countv Court wherein the said Stenographer was appointed.
It is therefore resolved by the Board of County Commissioners o
Cherokee County Oklahoma, that it is necessary that the County Judge
of Cherokee County. State of Okahoma. appoint a County Court Stenog
ranher and he is hereby authoriied to do so, beginning July 1st. 191..

superintend the work for 10 per cent. No action taken; readvertised for

Commissioners adjourned to meet April -1st, 1919.
The Commissioners met April 21st, 1919 with all members present
and a contract made with V. A. Garner to build the said Road for a 10 per
cent amount of the amount so expended.
The Commissioners adjourned subject to call.
