STAR —
A large number of tourist have
passed through Cheyenne this week
on their way to the play grounds of
America (Colorado) The D-C-D
highway that passes through Chey
enne is responsible for these people
coming our way ‘ Money spent by
tourist is out side money that helps
to keep up the country and stimu-
lates thrift Next year when this
highway is shown on the Natl High-
way maps a gfeat deal more will come
our way than has this year There
Is no question but that the D-C-D
offers the shortest route to Colorado
and will get the larger part of the
trafflic if the roads are put in good
condition and kept that way Every
tourist will spend from $2 to $10
in our town Isn’t this business
worth catering to? If it is then
why not all become alive to the value
of better roads and especially along
this National Highway Let’s make
the D-C-D- the best highway through
the state

cf work to make our town a sanitary
