suance of a writ of execution issued
out of the Clerk’s Office in and for
Creek County on the 2nd day of June
1919 in an action wherein George W
Horn was plaintiff and H B O’Niel
and E M O’Niel were defendants
commanding me to levy upon property
belonging to said defendants sufficient
to satisfy a judgment rendered in said
action in favor of George W Horn and
against H B O’Niel and E M
O’Niel for the sum of 29000 with
21360 costs and court cost accrued in
the sum of 2625 and for the court
cost accruing with interest thereon at
the rate of six per cent from date of
judgment the 6th day of August 1918
I have levied upon certain lands and
tenements belonging to said H B
O’Niel and E U O’Niel not exempt
from sale under execution for want of
goods and chattels of the said H B
O’Niel and E M O’Niel to-wit:
West Half of the South-West Quar-
ter of the South-East Quarter of
Section One Township 17 North
Range 25 East in Adair County
Oklahoma
and having caused said lands and
tenements to be appraised according
to law at 240000 now therefore
notice ia hereby given that in pursu-
auce of the commands of said writ I
will offer for sale and sell to the
highest bidder subject to a mortgage
executed by said defendant herein to
J C Berridge of Westville Oklahoma
In the sum of 211400 for cash to the
highest bidder 'said lands and tene-
ments or so much thereof as will satis-
fy said judgment and costs on the 6th
day of August 1919 at 1:00 o’clock p
m of said day at the front door of the
Court house in the City of Stilwell in
Adair County State of Oklahoma
In witness whereof I hereunto set
my hand this the- 30th day of June

Harris said notes now aggregating the
total sum of 2478949 and asking also
for an attorney’s fee of 250000 and
for a decree of foreclosure asking that
the plaintiff's mortgage be decreed a
first lien on the following described
lands to-wit:
The Southwest Quarter of the South-
east Quarter of Section Five (5) and
the Northwest Quarter of the North-
east Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
and the East Half of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and
the West Half of the Northeast Quar-
ter and the Northeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarters and the Northwest Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter and the
Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter and the North Half of the
Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section Eight (8) Town-
ship Fifteen (15) North of Range
Twenty five-(26) East of the Indian
Base and Meridian
That defendants must answer the
petition of said plaintiff on or before
the 20th day of August 1919 or said
petition will be taken as true and judg-
ment rendered for plaintiff for the sum
of 2478949 with 10 per cent interest
from February 1st 1919 250000 at-
torney’s fees and decree of foreclosure
on the above described lands
