must answer the petition filed in
the above entitled action on or
before the 20th day of Septem-
ber 1947 or said petition will
be taken as true and a judgment
will be rendered in said action
against each and all of the said
defendants as follows to-wit:
Adjudging and Decreeing that
the plaintiff is the owner of the
full legal and equitable estate in
fee simple in and to the following
described real estate situate in
Roger Mills County ''Oklahoma
to-wit:
All of Lot Sixteen (16) in
Block Four (4) of the Origi-
nal Town of Reydon Okla-
homa according to the origi-
nal recorded plat thereof
free and clear of all liens claims
or incumberances and adjudging
that none of the defendants in
this action has any right title
interest or estate in and to said
real estate and perpetually bar-
ring and enjoining said defendants
from asserting any right title
interest and estate in and to said
real estate adverse to the right
title interest and ownership of
the plaintiff and quieting and
confirming the plaintiff’s title in
and to said real estate and for
such other and further relief as
may be equitable and just
