bearing interest at the rate of 10

and said judgment bearing interest
at the rate of 10 per cent per an-
num from the theltth day of August
1922 and for costs $1740 and costs
accruing I will on the 23rd day of
April 1923 at 1:30 o’clock p m
at the front door of the court house
in the city of Marietta in said
county and state offer for sale and
sell to the highest bidder for cash
