cbUNT AND DISTRIBUTION'
OF ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that Lizzie
Alberty the duly appointed qualified
and acting administratrix of the es-
tate of Bennie Alberty deceased has
rendered and presented for settlement
and filed in said court her final action
and repoit of her administration as
such administratrix together with her
petition for declaration of heirship
and distribution of said estate and for
her discharge as administratrix and
that Wednesday the 13th day of Dec-
ember 1916 the same being a regular
day of a regular term of said court at
10:00 o’clock In the forenoon of said
day at the offied of the County Judge
in the city of Nowata iu said county
of Nowata and slate of Oklahoma has
been- duly appointed by the court as
tlie time and place for the settlement
of said account and for her said peti-
tion to determine the heirs of the said
Bennie Alberty deceased and to
whom the distribution of his estate
should be made at which time and
place any person intersted in said es
tate may appear and file his excep-
tions in writing to said account and
contest the same or any item therein
