Mrs. Sarah Cale of Maine is 74
years old and has a, pet cat. The
eat brought a live mouse into the.
kitchen where Mrs. Cale was sit-
ting and began to play with it.
Mrs. Cale drowsed with her mouth
ajar. The mouse revived enough
to try to escape, ran into Mrs. Cales
lap and up her waist into her mouth.
Before she could prevent herself
she had swallowed the mouse.
She was frightened and cried tn
the neighbois. No one seemed to
know what to do to make the
mouse come up. Before any

The ball game Thursday was a
good one, but the home team met

al shooting of Ruth Mitchell by her
Giles, killing her instantly.
