Extra pay will be given men in
the air service during the late war
if a decision rendered February 27
by the Court of Claims is allowed
to stand aceordingto American Leg-
ion headquarters at the capitol The
plaintiff was entitled to $100 per
month plus 50 per cent on $100 for
flight duty to date of discharge to
accept commission
If the case is appealed no pay-
ments will he made until it is finally
settled but the Legion is urging all

and requesting a consideration of the
decision of the Assistant Comptroll-
er of the Treasury dated March 12
