virture of an order of sale issued by
the Court Clerk of Wagoner Coun-
ty Oklahoma and to me direoted
and delivered as sheriff of said
Bounty in an action pending in the
District Court of Wagoner County
Oklahoma wherein Conservative
Loan Company a corporation is
plaintiff and Gertrude Mantooth
and A G Mantooth her husband
If H Medlin and First Plate Bank
of Wagoner Oklahoma a corpor-
ation are defendants I will at the
