On last Sunday afternoon Mrs
S E Kennedy suffered a frac-'
tare of the arm near the wrist
A -calf was lariated in the yard
and Mrs Kennedy started to
pass over the rope when the calf
gave a sudden jump and tripped
her throwing her to the ground
with above result Mr Kennedy
reports that she is getting along
very well now

The Sonoma Club composed of
about fifteen young ladies of
Davis was delightfully enter-
tained last Friday evening by
Miss Belle Keller The fascinat-
ing game of Forty-two was in-
dulged in and enjoyed by all

and Miss Keller favored the
guests with vocal and instru-
mental selections Apricot sher-
bet and cake— the kind that
makes you say “Isn’t thisfine?”
— were served The next meet-
ing will be with Miss Knighten
