ON RATES
St l.ouis. Mo., Get, 22. The com-
modity rate litigatiou between the
State of Oklahoma and railroads op-
erated in that stale was settled at a
conference here Monday at the gen-
oral offices of the St. Lo is .v.- Sail
Francisco railroad, between the chief
executives of the oklahoma railroad
and mem • ra of the oklahoma state

The railroads agreed to a dlsmissa
of the commodity rate injunction pro-
ceedings and ail the present com
