huska parties are preparing to utilize
the gas well by laying a pipe line to this

that the gate is open any time those
parties want in. It is said that the well
has sufficient flow to furnish New York
City with gas for lOCO years.

Cleveland Triangle: Little Mabel Bre-
ntnall daughter of George Brentnall
and wife, living in the northeast part of
town was bitten by the family dog last
Sunday morning and as the dog showed
signs of being mad. she with her father
hurried to Pawnee, where a madstone
was aoplied to the wound. George re-
turned M nday but Mabel will remain
nine days. The madstone adhered, and
according to those who believe in the
eWciacy of (he madstone that is a sure
sign that the dog was mad. The dog was
killed.
