1 or he will be guilty of a misde-
meanor and the minimum fine will
be $25.00. Any constable or peace
officer may on the 1st of January
rrest any person that he finds
in possession of an automobile
that ha* not been registered for

arrest is entitled to one-fourth
of the fine beside* his regular ar-
resting fee. They have advised
me further that there will be no
extension of time in which to
register your car and I am keep-
ing my office open from h:00 a
m. until 6:00 n. m. and from 7:00
