c. C. Bennett of the firm of Webb,
Wight and Bennett has received a tel-
egram from W. p. Allen of Terrell,
Texas, that their well on the Talle-
dega lease near Sapulpa has struck
a nine million foot gas production at
a depth of fifteen hundred feet, and
that he expects the oil in an addition-
al hundred feet. So great was the sas
supply that the driller had to stJP,
waiting for reduction in quantity.
Mr. Bennett and three a«socii tes
who reside at Terrell have a ore-
fourth interest in an oil lease near
Sapulpa, with four producing wells,
nnd they are very hopeful that the
well now being put down will bring
splendid returns.
