The y.'Uiig ladies of ttu Macca-
bees entertained trie members of
the hive at the audience room at
the school house Monday even-
ing. There was a depot fixed up
at the home of Mrs. Harris an'1
here the ladies assembled to
journey they know not whither
Tbo guests were first blindfolded
pad then loaded into a hack and
hauled over a good deal of terri
tory, the terminus of the imagin-
ary railroad being the school
house. The young ladies were
gotten up to represent a conduct-

ers. There was also a drummer,

in the party. At the schoo
house their was a program and
much music. A splendid supper
was served. The table was de-
corated with flowers and the col-
ors of the hive. Prizes wen-
awarded to Mrs. Finch and Mrs.
Georsre.
