George McRoberts went to
Guthrie Friday evening to attend
the meeting of the state republi-
can committee Saturday. We un-
derstand that he was also pres-
ent at the meeting of Logan
county bullmoosers Friday night,
which was called for the purpose
of considering the matter of put-
ting up a county ticket. The plan
was abandoned.
Mr, and Mrs James E. Craven,
who resided ort the Kincaid farm
| three and a half miles southwest
of Mulhall during the past two
I seasons, moved to Guthrie last
week. Mr. Craven has secured
1 employment with the Pioneer
i cotton mills. He intends to give
up farming for awhile.
