ville, after Thanksgiving with

—Ben Williams spent several
days at Sulphur this week on

—Fred Tarman, who is mak-
ing an elegant record as a news-
paper man, being one of the
mainstays of the Oklahoman,
was here today. By the way, his
account of the Colorado-Oklaho-
ma game was the best one writ-
ten of it, a word-picture that left
nothing to be desired.
—Mr. and Mrs. Fred Merkle
have returned to Thoreau, N.
Mex., where they expect to re-
side permanently, Mr. Merkle be-
ing connected with the U. S.
F'orestry Service. They spent
their honeymoon at the home of
Mh. Merkle's parents, Mr. and
Mrs. John Merkle, and take with
