and removal of the Blsnd Hotel, a four
story brl'k structure, granite trimmings,
about 1L0 compartments, 36<* hirge win-
dews and 47.&0Q sq. ft., of floor space,
on the Sulphur Springs Reservation, at
Sulphur, Indian Territory. It has been
estimated that there are in this building
about 1.250.000 Coffeyvlllo, Kansas brick.
Proposals should fix the time, not ex-
ceeding 90 days, within which the ma-
terial In the building will be removed
from the reservation. Each bid must
be accompanied bjr a certified check, pay-
sble to the order of the Secretary of the ! X
Interior, for 20 per cent of the amount
bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will.
If successful, promptly execute a contract
for the purchase and removal of such
building and furnish a satisfactory bond.
The right is reserved to reject an, bid
and waive technical defects. Proposals
