Fortner Markham returned
Monday from a business trip to

After a brief but pleasant vis-
it vyth her son, J. T. Atterberry,
Mrs. At'erberry left Monday for
her home at Urbana, Ohio.
The cool breezes attending the
light showers of the last week
came as a welcome relief follow-
ing the intense heated term.

pull off an old soldiers and set-
tlers reunion here the laat week
in September and as several of

Will Foster, the boss cement
worker, came in from Ozark,
Mo., last Saturday, and will
make this his headquarters from
now on. Mrs. Foster, who has
been quite ill, he tells us, is im-
proving nicely.
