After their execution, said bonds

Bection 29, Article 10, of the Oklaho-
ma Constitution. And thereafter
said bonds shall be delivered to the
Southwestern Engineering Company
(a corporation) of Oklahoma City,
the purchaser of same from the
Board of Trustees of said Town of
Okeene upon the payment of the
{turchasc price thereof. The pro-
ceeds derived from the sale of said
bonds shall be placed in the si>eeiul
fund and use solely for the purpose
for which said bonus recite they are
issued.

due on said bonds in the year 1910
shall be, and same is. hereby
ordered appropriated and paid out of
the contingent f**»d tax heretofore
levied for the current year and which
has been deemed to be sufficient and
available for said purpose and for the

order to provide funds sufficient to
