Notice is hereby given that J. A. Car-
ver and F. M. Carver, Jr., as the execu-
tors of the estate of F. M. Carver, Sr.,
deceased, will sell at private sale, and
subject to the confirmation of sal? of
the County Court of Blaine County,
state of Oklahoma, to the highest and
best bidder, for cash in hand, the fol-
lowing real estate, to-wit:
Lots one and two and the east half
of the north-west quarter of section
Thirty, in Township Nineteen, north
of Range Ten, we3t of the Indian
Meridian, in Blaine County, State
of Oklahoma.
That bids for said land shall be made
to said J. A. Carver, as such executor
at his residence near the town of Isa-
bella, in Majbr County, State of Okla-
homa, or to F. M. Carver, Jr., at his
residence near Okeene, Blaine County,
Oklahoma, or may be deposited with
the County Court of said Blaine Coun-
ty, State of Oklahoma, at Watonga,
8 nd such bids will be received and con-
sidered on and after Monday the First
day of October, A. D. 1917.
The said real estate re appraised at
the sum of $6,000.00 and no bids for
less than 90 percent of said sum will be
considered.
