of gas consumed by him. and to disconnect
and refuse to furnish gas to such consumer,
or to any consumer, who shall fall or refuse
to pay for gas consumed, within fifteen days
after the same shall become due.
PROVIDED, ALWAYS, that the Olty Com-
missioners, or gas Inspector, shall have the
right to Inspect the gas plant and all meters
and appliances installed by the Grantee, at
any and all times In the presence of them or
their employees.
Section It). That said Grantee shall have
the right to provide and make reasonable
rules and regulations concerning the use of
gas furnished by muter and provide for the
economic consumption of said gas. All gas
sold and consumed hereunder shall be sold
and delivered through meters; said meters
must be of standard grade, und construction
and be furnished and kept ln repair by the
Grantee who shall have tlie right to require
the consumer, before connecting to take gas
from Grantee's pipe line to make a deposit
with said Grantee for each meter Installed.
Said Grantee shall not require a depositor
more than 53.00 for any meter furnished to
any resident house In the said City of Still-
water or for any meter furnished upon any
property where the owner of the Tee title to

Grantee for the installation of said meter.
W henever a tenant of business property or an
agent of any such tenant or owner of busi-

Company for the installation of a meter and
the furnishing of gas. said Grantee shall have

equivalent to a reasonable estimate of the
amount of gas which said consumer may usa
