The city of Blackwell to the owner

the city of Blackwell, Oklahoma.
You are hereby notified that a tax
warrant has been issued by the may-
or and councilmen of said city of
Blackwell, and the same has been
filed with the clerk of said city as is

much discussed institution. Accord-
ing to the petition, the bank commis-
sioner confiscated seventeen shares of
stock held by Myers in the Night ana
Day bank June 7, 1911, and sold the
confiscated assets of the bank and
the private property of the petitioner
to James Wilkin. The shares were
continued as a portion of the assets
of the Night and Day bank, but later
were transferred and transformed in-
to the assets of the Wilkin-Hale bank.
