other states came in that way and
what have they at present in their
schools—very much mixed. That
is what Flynn wants to give to
Oklahoma. Will the voters send
him back to congress? Nit.
Mr. Farmer, do you want a bank-
er to look after your interest? If
you do send Flynn to congress
and his henchmen will collect the
interest through his twenty-one
banks, while he lobbies in Wash-
ington.
Flynn in his speech here said
the Democrats and Populists had
sent Callahan to Congress one
term and that he did nothing for
the territory and that it would be
the same way again if they send
Neff. Hardly, Mr. Flynn. You
will not have the opportunity to
knife Mr. Neff in the back as you
did Callahan. Then the Repub-
licans were in power in congress,
but the next congress will not be
Republican.

Republicans in this neck of the
woods have promised some Dem-
ocratic leaders that if they would
come out for Flynn that he
(Flynn) would give them postof-
fice appointments when the Co-
manche country opens. A Dem-
ocrat who would believe they
could or would deliver the goods
would not have much influence
in his party. When you hear a
Democrat talking for Flynn you
can make up your mind that some
of the Republican fixers have
"seen him."
Flynn is running on a ticket
with a half a dozen negro candi-
dates. Neff is on a white ticket.
Whom do you want to vote for?
Neff has crowds to greet him
wherever he speaks and the en-
thusiasm he has inspired every-
where shows what the result will
be. He will be elected by 8000
majority.
Vote for Dr. Nisbett for the
legislature and Fisher for the
council and have men in the law
making body of Oklahoma that
will be for separate schools if we
jget statehood.
Republican papers defend
Flynn's statehood bill by saying
it. is the same enabling clause that
is incorporated in other states.
Yes, that may be true. Kansas,
llliuois, Iowa, the Dakotas and
Have you heard a Republican
make an argument forFlynni this
year? We have not. Every time
you start an argument with one
of his boosters, he will say; "flow
much will you bet?" and that is
all the satisfaction or words you
can get out of any Flynn suppor-
ter. Some men are offering to
bet who were never before known
to have money to spare tor such a
risky chance. Every Flynn bank
in every town has money to fur-
nish boosters for bluffing. It is
man against money.
