Orchard asserts, were committed at
the Instigation of tin "Inner circle"
of the Western Federation of Miners
Hither Orchard Is the greatest assas-
sin unhung, or the prince of liars.
Haywood, Moyer and Pettlbone, ac-
cording to the Orchard confession,

Holdenville, I. T., May 10.—F. Wood
ward, of Warren, met his death near
Holdenville )n a shocking manner. He
was one of a gang of railroad laborers
that had finished erecting a bank near
Henryetta. The gang was enroute to
Stuart I. T. Woodward was under
the Influence of liquor and on reach*
Ing Holdenville where the men had
to change trains, he got confused and
swung onto the rear platform of a
